Eat Salads for Better Skin

Do you know salads are really good for your skin and they help you stay cool? Fruit salad or salads with vegetables, or a mix of either has a lot of nutrients really good for the skin.

These are easy to make, easy to digest, great for your body and skin, and, best of all, tasty.

Salads are easy to prepare, are cooling and best served cold, easy to digest and refreshing in the summer heat. There are certain salads you should avoid if you don’t want your skin to break out.

These are the ones drenched in high calorie salad dressings, such as heavy mayonnaise or blue cheese dressings.

If you avoid the high calorie dressings, salads are a very healthy choice for a meal which improves your skin quality as well and gets you back in shape.

You can make a simple salad by taking some cutting up lettuce, or pasta if you wish, in small pieces and then doing the same for whatever vegetables you have around the house.

You can also add cooked meat, or smoked ham, to your salads. You can also add some cheese to make it tastier. You can use any dressing you choose, but mind that it has high calories. The best idea would be to add some olive oil and some balsamic vinegar that would add a bit of fat to add that special glow to your skin.

You can also take a variety of fresh fruit and cut them up and mix them up with some mint or other seasoning to make a nice fresh fruit salad. Mix this with a small amount of salad dressing, one that compliments the fruit. You can also add some nuts. Nuts help the skin glow and give it a lot of essential fat.
